About the Role We are looking for a pioneering and results-driven Account Executive to be the foundational member of our go-to-market team. As our first dedicated sales hire, you will have the unique opportunity to build our Mid-Market and SMB sales engine from the ground up.
This is not an SDR or support role; you will be the architect and owner of your territory. You will run a full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demoing our platform and closing new business. Your mission will be to turn our existing inbound interest into a predictable revenue stream and build the playbook that will define how Trébol sells for years to come. If you are a builder who is hungry for ownership and impact, this is your role.

Mexico City (Hybrid). This position is based in Mexico City. As Mexico is a priority market for Trébol, the ability to meet in person with key clients, partners, and attend industry events is critical for success in this role.
