Brighterway is a VC-backed startup (YC S24) building AI-powered medical record review tools for the workers’ compensation ecosystem. We process 10M+ pages of medical records per month and are growing rapidly across national claims organizations.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to work directly with our founding team to help drive outbound outreach, research new opportunities, and explore where our product can create the most value. This is a hands-on, high-exposure role for someone who wants to learn how sales, partnerships, and early customer development really work at a fast-growing startup.
You’ll be involved in everything from prospect research and outreach to attending conferences and industry events, helping us build relationships and uncover new use cases. This is not a scripted call-center role, it’s about curiosity, hustle, and learning how deals actually get done.

Why This Role
If you’re excited to learn fast, talk to customers, and help shape how a company grows, we’d love to hear from you.
At Brighterway, we use AI to speed up the medical record review process in the Workers' Compensation Industry. Physicians and claims handlers spend hours reviewing thousands of pages of medical documents– our technology highlights the information that is most relevant to a doctor's specialty or a given injury, streamlining their review process and saving them time.
Brighterway structures and deduplicates disorganized medical records (PDFs) and extracts the content that is medically relevant and related to a given claim, so they can focus on what matters most.
