As a Sales Coordinator / Sales Development Representative at Lamar Health, you’ll be responsible for building the connective tissue between marketing, inbound interest, and our go-to-market operations. This role is for someone who thrives in structure-building: setting up CRM systems, designing workflows, deploying nurture campaigns, and making sure nothing — and no customer — slips through the cracks.
You’ll operate as an amplifier for sales and marketing: making our processes sharper, our communications more consistent, and our pipeline more predictable.
Impact: Your work directly affects how healthcare organizations adopt our technology and how quickly patients access treatment.
Ownership: You’ll define foundational GTM processes and shape how Lamar engages with customers at scale.
