Senior Product Designer

What we're looking for:

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with 4+ years of experience in product design for B2B SaaS or enterprise software. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment and have a track record of shipping complex, 0-to-1 products. Bonus points if you have experience with fintech or building and maintaining design systems.

What you'll do:

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design for core product initiatives, from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
• Work closely with engineering and product management to translate complex user workflows and business requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
• Contribute to and help evolve the Hadrius Design System to ensure consistency and accelerate development velocity.
• Conduct 3-5 customer calls per week to gather firsthand insights and validate design decisions.
• Visibly raise the bar for product quality across the company, holding engineering and product accountable for delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Mentor junior designers by demonstrating what excellence looks like through your own execution.
