About the role

Role summary

We’re seeking a Product Engineer who thrives on building innovative solutions at the intersection of AI, workflows, and GTM. In this role, you’ll design and optimize AI-driven tools, craft scalable workflows, and deliver impactful features that empower users to solve complex GTM problems.

We’re looking for someone curious, fast-learning, and eager to dive into GTM and agentic AI. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive, scalable solutions and excited to grow in a dynamic, user-focused environment, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

Drive Product Development: Collaborate across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to production, to deliver and refine experiences for our users.

Develop Full-Stack Features: Design and implement complex, end-to-end features across both backend and frontend in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Enhance Codebase Quality: Contribute to improving the performance, reliability, and maintainability of the codebase, aligning with the principle of negative maintenance to increase overall development velocity.

Mentor and Collaborate: Support team growth by mentoring engineers in your areas of expertise while actively learning from others with complementary skills and strengths.

Traits we are looking for

Strong Product Intuition: You thrive as both a product manager and an engineer. Ability to think creatively and cross-functionally to design innovative LLM-powered features and user experiences.

0-to-1 Mindset: Experience with (or enthusiasm for) greenfield projects, with a bias for shipping quickly, learning iteratively, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Expertise in LLM: Familiarity with LLM-based reasoning engines, memory modules, evaluation frameworks, and simulation environments.

Production Experience: Proven ability to manage production workloads, including infrastructure, telemetry, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems required to support them.

Technical Proficiency: At least 6 years of experience in TypeScript, with the ability to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
