Brickanta is built by an AI-veteran team. We’ve been shipping AI systems since 2018 and have experience building technical products inside some of the world’s biggest brands. We’re building for a domain where reliability matters: high-stakes decisions, messy data, and real-world constraints.
We don’t optimize for credentials. We optimize for builders who ship.
What you’ll build
- End-to-end product features across the stack for bid analysis, estimation, and procurement
- AI systems grounded in real construction inputs: documents, specs, standards, and edge cases
- Evaluation + reliability tooling: measure quality, reduce failures, improve repeatability
- Performance + observability: build systems that stay fast and trustworthy as usage scales
- Integrations and “forward-deployed” problem solving: make it work in the customer’s reality
How we evaluate
- Show us what you’ve built (repos, demos, side projects, shipped products)
- Strong product sense: you reason from user pain → solution → measurable outcome
- You move fast and you care about craft
