The Role: As a Software Engineer Lead at Jabu, you will be at the forefront of our engineering efforts, managing a talented team of engineers and leading the development of our core payment and transaction systems. You'll play a critical role in shaping the architecture of our payment solutions and ensuring the highest levels of security and efficiency.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in Fintech, specifically in developing payment systems and transaction flows. Strong background in software architecture and security protocols. Leadership experience, preferably in a hands-on coding and team management role.
