Software Engineer (Up to £130k + Equity) at Adamo - Venture-backed robotics infrastructure startup
About the role
Join Adamo in London to build the sub 40ms teleoperation infrastructure powering the next generation of humanoid robots and autonomous vehicles. As an early engineer, you'll ditch WebRTC to build custom streaming protocols and multi path networking from scratch, directly enabling real world data collection at scale. If you are a systems expert who obsesses over milliseconds and wants to work with Rust at the intersection of robotics and high performance video, this is your chance to own a critical piece of the autonomy stack alongside a fast moving founding team.
About Adamo
Adamo is a robotics teleoperation software company that provides low-latency remote control infrastructure for industrial and collaborative robots. Its platform offers sub-40ms end-to-end latency, multi-path network bonding, end-to-end encryption, native ROS integration, and developer SDKs. Adamo also operates a managed network of near-shore human operators to help robotics companies handle edge cases and capture high-quality training data for autonomous systems.
