About the Role
As our first full-time engineering hire, you’ll work directly with the CEO and CTO (both engineers) to design and build the backbone of our platform.
You'll interface directly with our customers and prospects to gather feedback to develop novel solutions to the unique problems they face around marketing compliance.

What to expect
Within days:
- Ship to production on day one.
- Develop backend logic for performance and scalability for frontend requests.
- Design robust data models and manage databases.
Within weeks:
- Build integration and product infrastructure for LLMs. Provide Luthor agents with the infrastructure, data sources, and tools they need to automate workflows for financial compliance teams.
