Position Overview
We're looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our growing telehealth startup. The ideal candidate will have experience working with early-stage companies, be self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team
- Assist in developing and documenting operational processes
- Manage communication channels and respond to inquiries
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed notes
- Help with recruitment by screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Maintain company documentation and files in collaborative platforms
- Coordinate calendars and appointments for team members
- Research and compile information for various projects
- Assist with basic data entry and report generation
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in an early-stage startup
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in developing and enhancing operational processes
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
- Experience with recruitment and candidate screening
