The team is responsible for various type of Gideon inventory (i.e. Production, R&D, spare parts and finished products).
The team controls the entry of goods, monitors the allocation of parts and components to specific projects, and prepares goods for the production of robots and subcomponents on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities we'll trust you with: creating orders, receiving and issuing of manufacturing components for robots keeping records of incoming and outgoing components with the support of a mentor issuing components to internal teams for various purposes preparing packages for shipment and monitoring inventory levels procuring IT equipment according to
requirements providing support regarding protective equipment (monitoring quantities, issuing the equipment to employees) support regarding company vehicles (driving them to service, tire replacement, etc.) Your characteristics: excellent English skills, especially in writing good knowledge of MS Office detail-oriented and highly organized individual proactivity and conscientiousness in maintaining the work environment ability to work full-time (min. 32 hours per week with flexibility depending on student commitments) valid driver's license (category B) previous experience in similar roles is desirable, but not mandatory interest in the logistics field Steps in the selection process: Introduction Tell us about your experiences and interests, and we will tell you more about the position, about our team and Gideon as a whole.
