Grégoire Chomette

Holds an MSc in Aerospace & Astrophysics (AeroAstro) from MIT (2021). Previously worked at NASA Ames Research Center on the Asteroid Threat Assessment Project, developing machine-learning models to predict local asteroid damage — achieving 99% R² accuracy and a 1,000× reduction in computation time vs. physics-based baselines. Has published peer-reviewed research in Acta Astronautica on asteroid fragmentation. Co-founded AICE Power in late 2025, joined YC Spring 2026, and led the pivot to subsea defense drones in May 2026.

Rémi Bouteiller

Embedded-systems engineer with a background spanning PCB design, firmware, BLE integration, and full-stack hardware/software development. European Robotic Champion with RCVA (a French competitive robotics association). Previously co-founded Klime and Vanduo. Designed and built AICE Power's hardware and software from scratch during the energy phase. Returned to San Francisco in early 2026 to launch the company in the US.
