2.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you access our services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device information (IP address, browser type, operating system)
  • Usage data (pages viewed, time spent, features used)
  • Phone number and messaging metadata for SMS/iMessage/WhatsApp communications
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies
  • Hashed identifiers (email address, phone number, name, and an internal user identifier) shared with our advertising and measurement partners for attribution and audience modeling. These identifiers are SHA-256 hashed in your browser before transmission — we do not share plaintext personal data with advertising platforms.

Important: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms (with your permission)
  • Public sources and professional databases
  • Companies and recruiters using our platform

3. How We Use Your Information

  • We will not share your profile without your consent
  • When you indicate interest (by responding positively to our AI agent or clicking "interested" on the dashboard), we share relevant information including your resume, professional background, and conversation context
  • You can always review which companies have received your information in your dashboard at standout.work/me/settings
  • You control your visibility and can adjust your preferences at any time

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:

When you use our services while signed in, your browser sends Meta hashed identifiers (email, phone, name, and an internal user identifier) along with event data. All identifiers are SHA-256 hashed locally in your browser before transmission so that we do not share plaintext personal data with Meta.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
