Edra builds AI agents that learn how a business actually operates, then automate the work.
Edra is solving one of the hardest problems in enterprise AI: AI models are intelligent but generic, while every business runs on specific processes that live in people's heads, stale documents, and ticket histories.
Edra builds AI agents that reverse-engineer how a business actually operates — learning from existing systems to create executable knowledge: structured, white-box instructions that agents can act on. The result is AI that doesn't just think, but actually runs operations the way your business does.
Backed by Sequoia, HVC, and Pub Spot Ventures, Edra raised a $23.8M Series A and came out of stealth in early March 2025. The company already counts HubSpot, ASOS, and Cushman & Wakefield among its customers — many of whom became customers before their investors even had the opportunity to invest.
Edra is a deeply technical team of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists founded by ex-Palantir leaders. The culture is high-intensity, high-ownership, and builder-first — everyone joins as an IC, nobody is hired with the promise of managing people, and growth into leadership happens organically as functions scale. The team works in-office five days a week across New York and London, with a shared belief that exceptional people are the foundation of everything great they'll build.
