Ventuals is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform built on Hyperliquid that lets users trade perpetual futures contracts tied to the valuations of private, pre-IPO companies such as OpenAI, SpaceX, and Anthropic. It also offers thematic indices of public companies, providing a unified on-chain trading venue for markets in frontier technology. The platform uses an optimistic oracle to bring off-chain startup valuation data on-chain, making price discovery transparent and publicly verifiable.
