About DotConnect

DotConnect is a female-owned, boutique embedded recruiting firm founded in 2011 that partners with growth-stage technology companies to find and place mission-aligned talent from interns to executives. The firm embeds directly with client teams, operating as an inside extension of the hiring function, and works with a maximum of five clients simultaneously by referral only. Its guiding ethos is 'conscious connection,' applying mindfulness, intentionality, and human-first values to reshape how companies hire. Revenue is estimated at approximately $2.2M annually with the company being fully bootstrapped.
