Dominique 'Dom' Farnan
Dom Farnan has 20+ years of experience in talent acquisition, having started her recruiting career at age 17 right out of high school. She spent nearly 18 years as a solopreneur managing as many as nine clients and hundreds of roles before building DotConnect into a formal team around 2018–2019. Her past clients as an independent contractor include Snapchat, the NFL, Samsung, and Instacart. She is also the founder of DoseConnect (2022), a talent firm specializing in the psychedelic therapeutics space. In March 2023, she published her first book, 'Now Here: A Journey from Toxic Boss to Conscious Connector.' She is a member of the Forbes HR Council and a partner of Conscious Capitalism. As of October 2024, she also holds a Talent Leader role at AI inference chip startup Groq, and by July 2025 was described as Head of Business Recruiting at Groq.
