About Sentient
Sentient is a nonprofit foundation building an open-source artificial general intelligence (AGI) ecosystem, developing protocols, tools, and community initiatives to enable shared AI models and decentralized intelligence networks. Its mission is to ensure AGI remains open-source and not controlled by any single entity, funding researchers and builders pursuing open AI projects. The foundation also operates Sentient Labs, a research arm focused on multi-agent AI systems and collaborative AI development.
