What does your company do?

GroundControl builds mission-critical software for highly-regulated manufacturing. Our mission is simple: find workflows that thousands of manufacturers do mostly by hand today, and make them 10x faster with software and AI. We're backed by YC, 8VC, and strategic angels.

Our first product automates First Article Inspection (FAI), one of the most complex and paper-heavy quality processes in aerospace and defense. What used to take weeks of manual document review now takes hours. Hundreds of customers, including Epirus, Oura, and PCC trust us to handle these high-stakes workflows at scale.

What is our culture?

We move fast and we mean it. In Q1 alone we grew ARR over 15% MoM, shipped a major fine-tuned ML model into production, landed a distribution partnership, and are on track for FedRAMP — a rare credential that opens the door to the largest defense programs in the country. We're a small team punching well above our weight, competing against legacy incumbents who can't keep up with our velocity. We win when our customers win.
