The Opportunity As our Regional Sales Director, SEA Mid Market & India, you'll lead a team of Account Executives responsible for driving growth across Southeast Asia and India. You'll develop and execute the regional sales strategy, coach and develop a high-performing team, and partner across the business to help more organizations unlock the value of customer insights through UserTesting. In this role, you'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on coaching, empowering your team to navigate complex sales cycles, build lasting customer relationships, and consistently deliver against ambitious growth goals. You'll play a key role in shaping our regional success while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing sales culture.
Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives across Southeast Asia and India, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture. Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition, customer expansion, and sustainable revenue growth. Coach
the team through complex, consultative sales cycles using MEDDPICC and other established sales methodologies. Drive pipeline generation, opportunity progression, accurate forecasting, and consistent execution against regional sales targets. Partner with Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to maximize territory performance and customer outcomes. Build and maintain executive relationships with customers while supporting strategic opportunities throughout the sales cycle. Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Go-to-Market leadership to help inform future strategy and solution development.
What we're looking for Significant experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets. Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions through consultative sales methodologies and managing six-figure opportunities. Demonstrated success coaching and developing sales professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-matrixed organizations. Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, with strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline. Proficiency with Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Google Workspace, 6sense, ZoomInfo/Cognism, or similar sales technology platforms. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel up to 50%. Don’t meet every single requirement but excited
