About the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our small, high-impact team. We are seeking an earnest hacker who can take ownership of complex problems and hit the ground running. This hire is crucial as we are growing fast, signing significant contracts, and need to scale our product development to meet customer demand.
What will you be doing?
- Build end-to-end, full-stack features and products with a high degree of ownership.
- Work on core architectural and infrastructure problems to support our AI-driven platform.
- Design robust pipelines for document ingestion, extraction, and analysis for large-scale legal document sets.
- Architect multi-step agentic workflows that reason across hundreds of documents to surface structured, actionable outputs.
- Work directly with senior M&A lawyers and partners to understand their workflows and translate them into reliable automated systems.
