About the role
Role Description:
- Awareness & Brand Presence
- Execute digital initiatives to drive top–funnel metrics (reach, impressions, traffic).
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Support campaign leads by executing awareness-related activities within larger campaign plans.
- Paid Ads Management
- Plan, run, and optimize ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive traffic and awareness.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance.
- Digital Content & Media
- Manage SEO, blog content, and PR/media exposure to strengthen online presence.
- Support co-marketing initiatives for partner projects (promotional assets, campaign amplification, content collaboration).
- Manage KOL activation for awareness objectives (briefing, coordination, content review, performance check).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the Design, Social Media, and Growth teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign execution.
- Track and report key awareness and acquisition metrics (reach, traffic, CTR, CPL) to the Marketing Lead and CEO.
Role Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with exposure to top–mid funnel activities.
- Hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
- Familiarity with SEO, blog content optimization, and basic analytics.
- Experience managing KOL collaborations (briefing, coordination, content review).
- Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-team work.
