Our product, Primer, helps CRE firms process deal documents, populate their existing underwriting models, and automate parts of the underwriting workflow without replacing the team’s judgment or process. Primer is already used by institutional CRE owners, operators, REITs, and investment teams, including multi-billion-dollar firms.
The product works. The bottleneck is getting in front of more of the right firms.
We’re building the first outbound team at PropRise, starting with a Founding SDR role in San Francisco.
We are looking for hungry individuals with a strong desire to grow and eventually lead a sales team.
You’ll spend most of your day calling and connecting with CRE investment teams: owners, operators, REITs, and private equity real estate firms. You’ll work directly with the founders to test messaging, identify what gets buyers to engage, and turn outbound into a repeatable pipeline engine.
We are in person 5 days a week in San Francisco.
In your first 30 days, you’ll learn Primer, the CRE buyer, our call scripts, and our target account list. You’ll start making daily calls and booking your first qualified meetings.
By day 60, you should be consistently booking qualified demos and improving your talk track based on real buyer conversations.
By day 90, you should be running a high-output outbound motion, booking qualified demos every week, and helping us understand which messages, segments, and accounts convert best.
You are hungry, competitive, and comfortable getting rejected all day.
You should have:
Bonus if you have sold B2B software, worked in real estate, or used tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Orum, Nooks, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
You do not need to know commercial real estate on day one. You do need to be curious enough to learn it fast.
Primer is already trusted by institutional CRE teams in real underwriting workflows. When the right firms see it, the product resonates. The next challenge is distribution.
You’ll work directly with the founder, and help build the outbound engine from the ground up. Strong performers will have a clear path into an Account Executive role or SDR leadership as the company grows.
We’ll invest in your growth with:
Base: $70k-$90k
OTE: $110k-$140k
Commission: uncapped
Equity: meaningful early employee ownership
