Military Career Transition Mentor

We're seeking an experienced Military Career Transition Mentor to work with veterans and service members transitioning into civilian careers. This role includes guiding transitioning service members through career transition and job search strategies, as well as building leadership development and personal branding for the next chapter. Mentors also support professional networking, resume review, and interview prep, along with financial planning and navigating Veterans Affairs

benefits. Ideal candidates have firsthand military experience or experience supporting veterans through career transitions, prior mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping service members translate their skills into civilian career success. Mentors set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every veteran. Why Leland?
