Position Overview
You'll work on the bioinformatics engine powering that impact, wearing many hats:
- Building blazing-fast, production-grade bioinformatics workflows that process thousands of samples per day.
- Developing novel algorithms that turn raw sequencing data into fast, intuitive, and accurate insights.
- Staying on top of cutting-edge tools and finding creative ways to integrate them into real-world pipelines.
- Hunting down bugs and taming the chaos of real-world sequencing data — biological artifacts, platform quirks, and all.
- Translating bioinformatics outputs into dynamic scientific UX that feels magical to researchers.
- Mentoring teammates and growing your own skills in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
