L&D Program Manager - Early Career Onboarding and Professional Development

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred in Organization Development, Organizational Behavior, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a performance consultant or training professional, with a proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders. Strong instructional background, with demonstrated experience designing, managing, and scaling global programs. Strong program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously Experience working across global or cross-regional teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve objectives. High degree of initiative and ownership; comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist. Analytical mindset with experience using data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills with both management and individual contributor audiences in a corporate environment. Experience using AI tools and new technologies for solution design, development and analysis strongly preferred. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills. Preferred
