Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR equivalent experience. These
requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, technical program management, or related field, with exposure to hardware infrastructure or data center operations 3+ years managing cross-functional programs across supply chain, engineering, and vendor organizations Experience supporting new product introduction or hardware readiness programs with shifting timelines Familiarity with BOM development, purchase order management, and supplier qualification processes Experience coordinating across systems integration, procurement, and logistics partners to deliver program milestones Track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with predictable outcomes Ability to communicate effectively and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences Experience with data tools and dashboards to monitor program performance and surface risks Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent process improvement methodology a plus
