Simply is hiring a hands-on Marketing Designer to create high-impact creative that drives measurable business results across acquisition channels, while maintaining strong visual quality. What you’ll do: Design performance assets at high velocity Iterate designs based on funnel metrics (CTR, conversion, opt-in, MO, RP). Partner with Growth, PMM and Product to turn insights into winning designs Support cross-org visual needs (campaigns, internal decks, board, funding data visualization) Help maintain visual identity and consistency across product, ads, webflow, emails, and related touchpoints What we’re looking for: Strong visual craft and portfolio quality Proven performance marketing design experience (beyond brand-only work) 3+ years of experience from product-focused tech company- Must Understanding of outcome-based creative testing and iteration Ability to execute fast under shifting priorities Strong cross-functional collaboration. High ownership and execution mindset. Visual communication degree
Nice to have: Experience in subscription apps, edtech, or growth-stage B2C Experience and passion in building and designing with AI Motion design capabilities Comfort with data visualization for business-facing materials
