At CRI, #EverybodyCounts. We’re looking for a highly organized, client-first coordinator who loves keeping things moving. This role is client-facing and serves as a key bridge between sales and operations helping prospects stay on track during the sales process, then becoming the primary point of contact once a client says “yes” to ensure a smooth, confident onboarding into our services. You’ll support light marketing execution (especially design coordination and campaign logistics), run point on webinars/calls/presentations for our client community, coordinate masterminds and conferences, and keep onboarding billing transitions accurate and timely. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys calendars, checklists, follow-through, and making clients feel taken care of this is for you. Essential Functions: Client Onboarding & Ongoing Client Coordination Serve as the main point of contact for new clients after the engagement is sold—guiding them through onboarding steps, timelines, and expectations. Manage onboarding checklists and ensure required forms/data are collected, organized, and routed to the right internal team members. Coordinate kickoff scheduling and any prep calls/sessions. Maintain clear client communication: what’s next, what we need, and by when. Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Sales Administration & Pipeline Follow-up Track prospects and opportunities: stage, status, next steps, and follow-up dates. Support the sales process with scheduling, reminders, recap notes, and handoffs. Help ensure no leads fall through cracks by maintaining clean, current records in the CRM/tracking system. Community Model Programming (Webinars, Calls, Presentations) Coordinate recurring community activities (webinars, coaching calls, peer group sessions, presentations, etc.). Handle scheduling logistics, invites, reminders, basic run-of-show support, and follow-up communications. Support a high-quality client experience through consistent execution and responsiveness. Events: Masterminds, Conferences, and Special Programs Coordinate logistics for masterminds and conferences: timelines, vendors, venues, speaker/support needs, attendee communications, and on-site details. Partner with marketing to support promotion, registration workflows, and post-event follow-up. Marketing Support (Light Design, Campaign Logistics) Assist with marketing campaigns (coordination, scheduling, asset management, basic production support). Support graphic design workflows (working with internal/external designers, gathering
requirements, managing versions, ensuring deadlines are met). Help maintain organized access to marketing assets and event collateral. Billing & Service Change Coordination Coordinate with the internal bookkeeping/billing contact to ensure new clients are set up correctly for billing. Communicate and track requests to pause/cancel services, ensuring internal systems and trackers are updated. Confirm completion back to the internal team and, when appropriate, the client.
