Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS records Support HR policies, compliance, and audits Maintain HR systems, reporting, and key HR metrics Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and engagement initiatives Support performance management, training, and development programs Coordinate with vendors and manage asset-related processes Ideal Candidate Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills High discretion with confidential information Proficient in MS Office and eager to learn in a dynamic environment What’s in It for You Exposure to the fast-growing Fintech ecosystem Opportunity to work closely on building India’s B2B payments landscape High-performance, learning-driven work culture with strong growth opportunities Note: This role will be offered as a PPO for the first three months and will convert to a full-time position based on performance.
