What You’ll Do : Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required) Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!
