About
the Role We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who deeply understands internet culture, platform dynamics, and how content shapes brand perception. This is a highly strategic and executional role - owning how favorited shows up across all social platforms while driving growth, engagement, and cultural relevance. You won’t just post content - you’ll translate product, community, and brand into culture , ensuring everything we create feels native, timely, and impactful. You should be equally comfortable thinking about long-term brand equity as you are jumping on a trend in real time.
Responsibilities Own and manage favorited’s presence across all social platforms (established and emerging). Develop and execute a content strategy that drives growth, engagement, and brand affinity. Translate product features, creator moments, and platform behaviors into compelling, native social content . Ensure content aligns with and strengthens brand image, voice, and positioning . Identify and act on trends, memes, and cultural moments with speed and precision. Optimize content performance through data, testing, and iteration . Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and creator teams to ensure social is integrated into the broader platform ecosystem. Build and nurture a strong community presence , engaging directly with users and creators. Continuously evaluate new platforms, formats, and opportunities for expansion. Manage content calendars while maintaining flexibility for real-time opportunities. What We’re Looking For 3–8 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing , ideally in consumer tech, gaming, or entertainment. Deep understanding of all major social platforms and emerging channels. Strong intuition for how content translates into brand perception and growth . Proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement across channels . Deep understanding of community-building and brand value creation . Ability to seamlessly fit content into a broader product and platform narrative . Strong grasp of streaming culture, creator ecosystems, and meme literacy . Highly creative with a strong point of view on what works and why. Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
