About the role
What we're looking for:
We need someone with 4-5+ years of experience in outbound sales, partnerships, or creator acquisition within the consumer/creator economy who has a proven track record of closing deals with creators, artists, athletes, or talent. You should be comfortable building outbound systems from scratch, working the phones, sliding into DMs, and showing up in person — and have measurable results in GMV or revenue growth, ideally at an early-stage company. Bonus points if you have an existing network in music and sports, or have worked at a marketplace, label, management company, or creator platform.
What you'll do:

Build and own the end-to-end creator acquisition pipeline — sourcing, outreach (warm and cold), pitch, close, and first stream — with the goal of doubling our whale count (creators earning $2,000+/month) by Q1.

Design and scale outbound systems leveraging AI tools, social channels (especially Instagram), cold email, and warm referral networks to acquire high-profile hosts across music, sports, and entertainment.

Oversee and grow our referral/partnership program — activating not just individual creators, but talent management companies, creator networks, and other centers of gravity that unlock larger pools of talent.

Structure custom deals (guarantees, splits, exclusivity) to close household-name athletes, music artists, and entertainers onto the platform.

Own each new host's first stream experience — coordinating promotion, stream setup, and a clean handoff to the Creator Relations team for ongoing success.

Travel domestically (at least once a month) to music conferences, festivals, artist compounds, and in-person meetings to build relationships and close deals.

Start as an IC building the function hands-on, with the opportunity to grow and manage a team as the company scales.
