The per fect fit for this job Qubit Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Head of Quantum Computing for Chemistry (M/F) to manage a multidisciplinary team to develop quantum computing software and quantum applications for chemistry. Your role Work closely with the CSO to establish the roadmap and implement it. Setting up and coordinating partnerships with third-party companies and research centres under the supervision of our CSO. Manage a team and recruit future team members as required. Maintain an active technology watch Develop new methods to solve practical and challenging problems in quantum computing applied to chemistry & drug discovery Oversee the development of new quantum computing techniques and algorithms for investigating drug discovery processes that show unfavourable scaling on classical computers. Communicate the results of your research by filing patent applications, publishing peer-reviewed papers and giving presentations at research conferences.
