About
the role This role is broad by design. You'll touch hiring, internal processes, vendor management, office operations, and anything else that doesn't have an owner yet. If you thrive on ambiguity and like making order out of chaos, keep reading.
What you'll do Own the hiring pipeline: sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups, and ATS management Build, maintain, and improve internal processes Coordinate logistics across SF and Shenzhen offices Manage vendor relationships: office space, supplies, insurance, swag, equipment Support the Dimensional Residency program: applications, onboarding, logistics Handle whatever needs handling — the scope expands as the company grows
What we're looking for 2-4 years of experience in ops, chief of staff, or startup generalist roles Extremely organized with high execution speed — you don't drop things Strong written and verbal communication Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without supervision Technical fluency — you should be comfortable with GitHub, Linear, and developer tooling
Bonus: experience at a seed or Series A startup
