Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose: As an Operator at Neko Health, you’ll be the welcoming face of our clinics and a key contributor to our preventive care model. You will guide members through their visit, perform high‑quality clinical assessments, and help maintain an exceptional, seamless member experience. (Member First, Always) Perform accurate, high‑quality clinical assessments including vital signs, grip strength, eye pressure, ECGs, point‑of‑care tests, and phlebotomy, following established standards and protocols. (Impact Not Performance) Maintain exam rooms and uphold infection‑control standards to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient clinical environment at all times. (Human After All) Document assessments accurately and update patient records with precision, supporting continuity of care across the clinical team. (One Team, One Body) Contribute to continuous improvements by working closely with fellow Operators and clinical staff to refine workflows, elevate quality, and support clinic operations as Neko scales.
