What You'll Do: Strategic Leadership : Define and drive the overall product strategy and long-term vision, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and a growth trajectory toward $500M+ ARR. Team Ownership : Manage and mentor a high-performing organization of Product Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Develop the departmental rigor and cadence driving business outcomes. AI Innovation : Act as an AI champion, frequently putting together prototypes to experiment with new ideas and helping the broader PM team evolve into experts in agentic AI tools. Domain Expertise Execution : Leverage deep accounting or fintech domain knowledge to push the product to the next level, ensuring it meets the complex needs of modern finance teams and large enterprise customers. Outcome-Driven Growth : Drive measurable outcomes that increase revenue and support new growth, such as launching new SKUs or product lines. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a key partner to engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to ensure technical initiatives translate into realized customer value. What You'll Bring: Scale & Revenue Impact: Previous ownership of a multi-product portfolio in the $150M -$200M+ ARR range. You can demonstrate specific outcomes where your product leadership directly increased revenue or supported significant growth (e.g., launching new SKUs or product lines).
