You will report to the Head of Sales Development in this remote position. About you 2+ years of experience in managing Sales/Sales Development or equivalent leadership roles 3+ years of experience in a solution selling environment with a proven track record Demonstrated success hiring and managing large teams (i.e. 8-10 direct reports) Excellence in coaching, mentoring, and nurturing a team of early career sales representatives Exhibit exceptional prioritization skills and manage projects that create a best in class SDR organization Focus on AI and driving the future of sales development Proficient in utilizing sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong, and Outreach Excels in stakeholder collaboration with leaders in areas such as demand generation, sales operations, and enablement within global team What you own Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 SDRs Meet pipeline goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Emphasize SDR productivity, optimise day-to-day operations, and lead

the team consistently and predictably Foster a culture that leverages metrics for strategic decision-making and accountability at all levels Demonstrate leadership in shaping our value messaging through data driven insight on messaging and actions that drive conversion Analyze crucial performance metrics, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and execute initiatives to optimize sales development performance Harness data-driven insights to refine strategies, tactics, and resource allocation Our SDR Leadership Culture Accountability: You create teams teams that perform and have fun doing it. benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity. In The Americas , we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A : $117,000 - $152,750 Zone B : $105,300 - $137,475 Zone C : $97,200 - $126,900
