Aptly analyzes email, SMS, and phone calls so property teams and executives can understand what’s happening in every conversation. Aptly then correlates these conversation insights with property management data to route conversations to the most qualified team member and suggest or automate responses. Additionally, it automates gathering feedback in a survey which gets factored into a resident and property happiness score.
