About the role

We are looking for a Growth Specialist with 4–6 years of experience to build Textla's customer acquisition engine from the ground up. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for a scrappy, analytical operator who thrives in ambiguity — you'll be the first dedicated growth hire at a company that went from $0 to $27M in revenue in just 18 months, with a fresh $50M Series A to deploy.

What will you be doing?

Own and overhaul Google Ads in-house — fix tracking, improve ROI clarity, and optimize campaigns for qualified pipeline
Drive SEO strategy and execution: keyword research, landing page optimization, and content planning
Experiment across new acquisition channels (paid, content, outbound, partnerships) and double down on what works
Master the CAC:LTV ratio on the SMB side to inform where and how to spend the growth budget
Build the GTM foundation — systems, reporting, and workflows — that scales customer acquisition without a full team

Key Requirements

Hands-on Google Ads ownership experience — campaigns, budgets, copy, conversion tracking (not agency or oversight only)
Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, content optimization, landing pages, and measurable traffic impact
Experience in B2B SaaS at a startup (seed through Series B preferred); no pure Big Tech or agency-only backgrounds
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) experience is required alongside traditional SEO
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; role is on-site 5 days/week with no visa sponsorship available
