About the role
We're looking for an A-tier product builder. You love taking something from 0→1. You can take an ambiguous product area, find the customer pain, shape the solution, and get it shipped.
You are not just a roadmap manager. You are hands-on, sharp, and customer-obsessed. You make good tradeoffs quickly, work well across the organization, and bring clarity without slowing the team down.
What you’ll do:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Textla’s product.
- Work closely with engineering and design to scope, build, launch, and iterate quickly.
- Identify the highest-leverage product opportunities.
- Bring strong product judgment to undefined problems.
- Speak directly with customers and transform what you learn into clear product direction.
- Utilize AI tools to prototype ideas and improve how the team builds.
