HR operational excellence Manage and coordinate the local HR administration
requirements with our centralized HR Operations team. Design supporting HR tools, processes, and infrastructure. Set up and improve the efficiency of HR-related services and policies and Analyze trends and metrics. Talent acquisition and development Drive and optimize the attraction, development and retention of managed services talent in partnership with local management and our centralized Talent Acquisitions and Learning & Development team. Ensure that consistent processes, on-boarding and training programs are used across the business. Performance management Support managers and employees throughout the annual performance management cycle, where we look for our people to excel and grow. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances You will have frequent interaction with the international HR team and business leaders. What You Will Need: Education bachelor's or master's degree and willingness for a second or third career step in HR A solid HR generalist experience, with adequate business partnering experience A thorough background in HR processes impacting the Employee lifecycle; Ability to make genuine connections with people and partner with HR and business stakeholders internationally Affinity with Managed services business, proven business acumen and ability to influence business leaders Outstanding communication, coaching and influencing skills A ‘can-do’ mentality, positive minded and looking to contribute to great team atmosphere Thrives by working under pressure, sets own agenda and has solid time management skills; Strong command of Lithuanian and English language.
