Responsibilities Analyze and track data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of ad hoc driver operations initiatives, including onboardings, acquisition channels, launch new project and other key activities. Manage and optimize operational workflows for driver initiatives, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement base on data. Develop customized reports to support specific driver initiatives and operational needs. Support enhancements to driver tariff structures and the registration process, aligning them with market conditions and company growth strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to refine driver-related strategies and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain and update reporting dashboards to provide leadership with real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making. Contact HQ team in order to present business case results and bring new local key initiatives with high business growth impact. Good level of communication with strategic partners. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 4-5 years of experience in data or business analysis, operations, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or similar background. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and impact. Experience using analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI. Advanced MS Excel and Big query skills is a must. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and optimize processes. Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving. Comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets to drive operational improvements. Experience in ride-hailing, food delivery, logistics, or mobility operations is a plus. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level or higher). A post-graduate degree is a plus. Job
