The Team As part of the Manufacturing organization, Supply Chain secures the materials, equipment, and supplier partnerships required to support manufacturing and business operations.
The team builds resilient supply chains while ensuring quality, cost, and delivery performance.
The Role Own the strategy, architecture, governance and integration of Valar's supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, ...) to support NPI, scale and growth phases. Define and enforce data governance standards (Item master, BOM, supplier records) ensuring accuracy, compliance, and auditability across the supply chain. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and IT to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes. Build and lead a lean team to design, implement, and continuously improve supply chain tools, controls, and reporting. Drive change management for new systems and process rollouts, ensuring adoption and business continuity. Key
Responsibilities Own the roadmap and architecture for all supply chain systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, and extensibility as Valar grows. Establish and enforce data governance frameworks : data accuracy, integrity, and access controls across supply chain data. Design and implement controls for change management, testing, and system releases to ensure business continuity. Define and track reporting standards to give leadership real-time visibility into supply chain execution and performance. Lead cross-functional system implementations from
requirements through deployment. Build scalable policies and procedures that balance speed with compliance in a highly regulated industry. Proactively identify systems and data risks, and lead mitigations plans. Basic
Qualifications Master’s degree in Supply chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information systems or related field. 15+ years of experience in Supply chain systems, ERP/MRP implementation and integration. 5 years in People Leadership roles. Deep, hands-on expertise with ERP/MRP systems in highly regulated manufacturing environments. Proven track record building and scaling supply chain systems and governance frameworks in highly regulated environment. Strong track record leading cross-functional system implementation and driving adoption. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, business, and operations teams. Preferred Skills and Experience Nuclear industry experience Experience leading PLM, ERP, MRP, … implementation and integration Strong cross-functional leadership Start-up | Fast growth company experience a plus.
