Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads through networking, social media, partnerships, and other channels. Conduct client consultations, understand
requirements, and present customized wedding packages and services. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction throughout the wedding journey. Drive repeat business and referrals through strong client engagement and relationship building. Team Leadership & Collaboration Guide and support the sales and event planning teams to achieve business goals and enhance team performance. Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen
the team’s capabilities.
Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. · Minimum of 1- 4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the wedding/event industry. · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred. · Flexibility to work timings, and holidays as required.
