About the role
Conducting deep financial research and analysis, including diving into archived or historical financial information, and stitching together disconnected data sources when necessary. Following prescribed processes meticulously and ensuring data custody is tightly controlled. Enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness through improved reporting, automation, process excellence, and detailed analytics, including using the latest AI (artificial intelligence) tools to scale our ability to respond to stakeholders with accuracy and speed. Acting as a trusted advisor to business partners and providing high-quality, concise reporting to meet their needs. Partnering with key stakeholders both within and outside of Finance. Proactively identifying and solving business problems and issues. Embodying our culture and values in all interactions and work. Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles. 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization. 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry. Ability to use the latest AI tools to increase impact and improve and scale processes. Advanced time management, prioritization, and organization skills. Solid attention to detail and an ability to perform queries on complex databases.
