Designed as an early‑career Technical Program Management opportunity, this role provides broad exposure across solution management, governance, and operational enablement. Structured Discovery & Intake Lead structured discovery activities for emerging or moderately complex problem spaces, with guidance. Own documentation of problem statements, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and success criteria. Partner with solution leads and cross-functional teams to translate business, engineering and site-delivery needs into executable approaches, considering build-phase constraints, critical dependencies and readiness
requirements. Apply technical program judgment to evaluate solution options, delivery trade‑offs, implementation risks, and constraints. Participate in reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement cycles to improve predictability, quality, and delivery outcomes. Build confidence presenting recommendations, updates, and risks, incorporating feedback and coaching. Process & Quality Enablement Support quality checks, process adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to automation initiatives through
requirements definition, data validation, user testing, and feedback cycles. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting hygiene. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2-4 years' experience in program management, project delivery, operations, analytics, or process improvement roles. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Comfort structuring problems, managing execution, and working with data. Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with competing priorities. Experience supporting or delivering programs across technical or engineering teams, familiarity with data centre build phases and terminology would be advantageous. Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, dashboards). Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile). Interest in tooling, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making. These
