Responsibilities: - Maintain, monitor, and update database of the company’s financial transaction records of the company and its subsidiaries and generate US GAAP-compliant quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements through the Oracle ERP system or through QuickBooks Relevant: Accounting, Auditing, Database, Systems Management, Programming, Technology - Use the data from the ERP system to design, develop, maintain, and update an interactive dashboard using Tableau to visualize key financial statement metrics for the CFO and executive team to track the performance and financial status of the company and its subsidiaries Relevant: Probability, Statistics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Visualization, Technology - Perform regular financial accounting analyses containing information including net value, cash flow, profitability, liquidity, leverage, and efficiency analysis of the company and its subsidiaries, and compare with previous periods and with similar companies in the industry Relevant: Probability, Statistics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Communication - Present predictive forecast reports based on quantitative analysis using time series analysis, cause-effect method, and other methods to predict sales and other key metrics to support data-driven decision making for financial planning and budgeting processes Relevant: Statistical Learning Models, Prediction Models, Data Analytics, Simulation, Optimization - Perform financial due diligence of investment opportunities through economic and market trends research, business evaluation, and support deal execution for minority growth equity investments, leveraged majority buyouts, and debt financing transactions Relevant: Economics, Finance, Managerial Accounting, Business, Data Analytics - Develop investment scenarios based on quantitative financial models and valuation methods including the discounted cash flow method, income approach, valuation multiples, summarize and present investment analysis reports to senior team members Relevant: Probability, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Communication Job posted May 10, 2023 © 2023 Maum Capital Group Inc.
