We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications team. This is not a ticket-resolution role — it is a strategic position for someone who partners deeply with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand business problems and architect technology solutions that solve them at scale. You will own the design and evolution of our sales and operations technology ecosystem, including Salesforce and adjacent platforms, and will be expected to lead with an AI-first mindset – identifying where AI agents, automation, and intelligent tooling can replace manual effort, accelerate decisions, and amplify team output. What You'll Do Strategic Partnership & Problem Discovery Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear
requirements, user stories, and scalable system designs Lead working sessions, process discovery workshops, and solution design reviews with cross-functional stakeholders Partner with EA Business Analysts on solution delivery — BA owns stakeholder discovery, process design, and
requirements intake; this role owns system architecture, configuration, and build. Coordinate with RevOps on GTM process ownership, translating their operational
requirements and reporting needs into Salesforce and adjacent platform solutions without duplicating RevOps' analytical and process governance
responsibilities AI-First Solution Design Architect and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents across the revenue tech stack – from lead qualification and forecasting assistance to automated insights and CRM data enrichment Identify high-ROI opportunities for AI and automation to reduce manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate revenue cycles; own CI/CD pipeline standards and deployment practices (Gearset) to ensure reliable, auditable releases across all Salesforce environments Stay current on the evolving AI tooling landscape (LLMs, agents, copilots, etc.) and evaluate applicability to Bevi's GTM operations Build, test, and iterate on AI-augmented processes with a feedback loop tied to measurable business outcomes Salesforce & Platform Architecture Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions Manage and optimize integrations across the full tech stack – including Salesforce, Zendesk, NetSuite, Oracle Field Service, and other platforms Own user, role, and permission management across all Sales and Operations applications Lead upgrade, release, and bundle management for Salesforce install packages and connected tools Data, Reporting & Business Intelligence Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards for business users Contribute to data models and dashboard design in Looker Apply strong SQL and relational data expertise to support reporting schemas, data transformations, and analytics initiatives Ensure data integrity across systems as the authoritative voice on Sales & Marketing data structure and quality
What We're Looking For Certified Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience building flows, Apex, integrations, and complex automations Demonstrated experience with multi-platform CRM and operations ecosystems – Salesforce plus at least one of: NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar enterprise platforms Strong SQL and relational data fundamentals – you can write a query, trace a data problem back to its source, and design a reporting schema Proven track record of working with business stakeholders to define problems and ship solutions – not just respond to requests Experience implementing AI tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents in a business operations context A builder's mindset: you default to "how do I create a system that eliminates this problem" rather than "how do I resolve this ticket" Strong analytical thinking and the ability to hold both the detail and the big picture simultaneously Ability to navigate and influence a diverse set of stakeholders in a fast-moving startup environment #LI-CD1 #LI-HYBRID At Bevi, we believe

compensation range reflects the salary* for this position. Some roles may be eligible for a commission plan or a
