What we're looking for:
We need someone with 4-7 years of experience as a software engineer who has led projects across large codebases at scaling startups. You should be comfortable working as a generalist across many areas of engineering—from distributed architectures to API design to DevOps—and have a track record of shipping high-quality software at speed. Bonus points if you've self-deployed K8s clusters, built microservices, or contributed to large open source projects.

Neon accelerates patient access to critical care. We do it by jumping through all the hoops necessary to successfully onboard and adhere to life-saving drugs and treatments.
Specifically, we automate benefit verifications, prior authorization, financial assistance enrollment, patient onboarding, and adherence management.
