Our innovative multi-lender POS financing solution simplifies lending for high-value purchases, integrating seamlessly into merchant websites, stores, and omnichannel checkouts, reducing purchase friction and boosting lifetime value. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and streamline our internal core financial and operational processes across the US and India. This role will be responsible for payroll, ESOP administration, internal finance management, vendor and contract management, and supporting HR and administrative functions related to compliance and vendor onboarding. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across geographies. Apply Now As an Accounts Manager, you will – 1. Payroll & Employee
Compensation (US and India) Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across the US and India. Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory compliance. Coordinate with external payroll vendors and internal HR team. Handle employees query related to payroll and taxation for both US and IN Hands-on experience managing US Payroll and IN Payroll, including working with relevant platforms, portals, and administration tools. 2. ESOP Administration Oversee Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) processes including grants, vesting schedules, and reporting. Maintain accurate records and support employees with ESOP-related queries. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. Hands-on experience managing US ESOP programs, including working with relevant platforms, portals, and administration tools. 3. Internal Finance Management Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor operational expenses and ensure adherence to budgets. Assist in financial reporting, audits, and compliance
requirements. Maintain and Manage Payroll, FAR and other internal compliance registers. 4. Vendor Management Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, evaluation, and performance tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure vendor deliverables meet expectations. Maintain vendor databases and documentation. 5. Contract Management Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers. Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal
requirements. Track contract renewals, expirations, and obligations. 6. Business Finance Support Act as a finance partner to internal teams, providing insights and financial guidance. Support decision-making through financial analysis and reporting. Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures. 7. Compliance & Operations Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and regulatory
requirements in both the US and India. Manage payment processes related to vendors, operations, and staff welfare. Continuously improve operational workflows and internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a similar role with global exposure. Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and financial operations in the US and India. Experience managing vendors, contracts, and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel/ Advance Excel. Strong attention to details and organizational skills. Good Communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience of Payroll, HRMS and ESOP management tools.
